There are two ways to request for help: E-Mail. & Phone
E-Mail: (prefered method)
1. Choose any one of the Directors listed on the STK DIRECTORS page.
2. After your E-Mail opens, type out your request which should include:
a. Your name and address.
b. The name and address of the child to be helped.
c. Your relationship to the child / family in need.
d. The method by which STK can contact you and the family to be helped (phone number or E-Mail address is prefered).
e. The name of a person who can verify the need, usually a member of the Clergy, a hospice worker, DCF worker etc.
f. Statement of what is needed and appproximate cost (if known).
In general, the more information that the STK Board has to work with the faster the processing of the request can take place. Therefore any amplifying information concerning the child's need is of help.

1. Call our STK phone ( 860 - 444 - 5373 ) and leave a message, include:
a. Your name and a phone number ( so that STK can contact you).
b. The name and address of the child to be helped.
c. A brief statement of need. Keep it short, more information can be obtained during our return call.
