All of the Directors are employees of Dominion Nuclear Connecticut and work at Millstone Power Station (except Jack Johannemann who is retired from Northeast Utilities, the former owner of Millstone). None of the directors receive any compensation from STK for any work performed. STK is an all volunteer organization. Our overhead for fiscal year2004-2005 was under 1%.
